A leading Independent School in Ealing seeks a passionate and fluent French Teacher for a part-time, permanent position. We are looking for an educator who can inspire a love of the French language and culture in our students. The MFL department is well-resourced with language labs and a commitment to immersive learning experiences. About the Role: Deliver engaging and communicative French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, developing students' linguistic skills and cultural awareness. Develop and implement effective lesson plans that incorporate authentic resources and cater to different learning styles. Assess student progress through oral and written assessments, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to extracurricular language activities and cultural events. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Modern Foreign Languages (French). Native or near-native fluency in French. A strong understanding of the secondary MFL curriculum and effective language teaching methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
