Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Must-Have Certifications Certified System Administrator (Desired) ITIL Certifications (desired) Other Service-Now Certifications (Preferred) 4 to 7 years of IT Industry experience Minimum 3 years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
