About the position

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a full-time Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, digital and print advertisements, and website graphics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters to promote our products and services - Create eye-catching digital and print advertisements for various platforms, including social media and print publications - Design graphics for our website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience for our online visitors - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand image and messaging - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and innovate our visual design approach - Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of all design materials - Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines - Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project goals and provide design solutions that meet their needs Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines - Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects is required We are dedicated to providing life-saving education and training to healthcare professionals and the general public.
