Customer Service Specialist (English & Chinese) - Bắc Giang

About the position

Customer Service Specialist (20-22 triệu VNĐ) Working Location: Van Trung Industrial Park, Bac Giang 1. Job Responsibilities Maintain and further develop the Companys existing customer base. Coordinate with relevant departments in the Factory to ensure customer requirements are met in terms of product quality and delivery schedule. Prepare and submit reports as required for the role. 2. Job Requirements University degree in any major. 1–3 years of experience in a similar position, or experience working in a factory in customer-facing roles (such as Customer Service, Sales, or Project Manager). Able to use both English and Chinese in daily work. Personal qualities: proactive, flexible, and adaptable. 3. Benefits Working time: Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month . 13th-month salary (based on business performance, but guaranteed). Social insurance contribution starting from the probation period, with a contribution base equivalent to 60–70% of total salary. Annual seniority bonus and year-end bonus. Full statutory benefits in accordance with Vietnamese labor law: Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance. Allowances: housing and fuel/transportation.
