Job Title: Junior Finance Officer (Fresh Graduate) Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior Finance Officer to support the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a strong foundation in accounting principles who has completed NYSC and is eager to build a career in finance and accounting. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily accounting and financial transactions Support preparation and maintenance of financial records and ledgers Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations Support budget tracking and expense monitoring Assist with monthly financial reports and documentation Ensure proper filing of financial records and compliance documents Support audits and respond to basic audit queries Perform other finance-related duties as assigned Requirements Bachelors degree (B.Sc.) in Accounting Fresh graduate NYSC completed (mandatory) Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Stock Keeping Strong numerical and analytical skills Good attention to detail and organizational ability High level of integrity and willingness to learn Added Advantage Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Odoo) Internship or entry-level experience in a finance or accounting role
