About the position
Job description: We are representing our client, a company that provides professional HR and administrative support services, focusing on payroll, recruitment, compliance, and workforce management to support smooth business operations. Location: Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor Working hours: Monday - Friday / 9.000am - 6.00pm Job Responsibilities: Prepare full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and assist in budgeting & forecasting. Handle treasury function and cash flow management Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax filings, custom regulations, and statutory requirements. Handle monthly payroll processing. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR-related documentations. Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and functions as and when assigned by management Handle day-to-day accounting and HR operations and activities. Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant authorities. Requirements: Candidate must possess minimum Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Higher or Professional qualification. At least 3 year(s) of related working experiences. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Resourceful and pleasant personality. Knowledge of SQL Financial Accounting & SQL Payroll software is an advantage. Possess own transportation.
