About the position
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our clients team. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across clinical, retail, and laboratory facilities. Ensure efficient patient services, logistics, procurement, and administrative processes. Coordinate cross-functional teams including medical management, sales, HR, finance, and supply chain. Monitor and improve operational KPIs such as service quality, turnaround time, costs, and margins. Support the CEO in strategic planning, execution, and business expansion initiatives. Key Requirements: Proven senior leadership experience in operations management, ideally within healthcare or medical services. Strong experience managing multi-site operations. Solid background in process optimization and performance management. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
