The Role • Prepare resources and equipment for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. • Support teachers with demonstrations and practical experiments. • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised prep room. • Monitor stock, request orders, and track equipment. • Adhere to health & safety regulations (including COSHH and risk assessments). • Assist with routine checks, record keeping, and lab repairs. Requirements • Science background or experience working in a laboratory setting. • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and the ability to work as part of a team. • Understanding of safeguarding and school procedures.
