English ECT required January 2026 Good mixed school based in Cambridge English ECT to join a forward-thinking and nurturing English department Our Client is seeking an English ECT to begin their induction year in a warm and well-organised school located just south-east of Cambridge city centre. The successful candidate will teach KS3 and KS4 and benefit from structured mentoring, weekly development meetings, and regular observation cycles designed to build confidence and classroom expertise.
