Business Development Executive – LinkedIn Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

About the position

Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Hands-on, Individual Contributor) Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (as applicable) Timing: 6PM-2AM (On-site) Job Summary We are seeking a highly results-oriented Business Development Executive with strong hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation, client acquisition, and US market outreach. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who understands how to identify decision-makers, run targeted outreach campaigns, generate qualified opportunities, and convert leads into meetings, interviews, and closed business. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in C2C lead generation, building client pipelines, and consistently achieving outreach and conversion targets. Key Responsibilities Execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients and hiring managers in the US market Hunt for remote US-based job and client opportunities across LinkedIn and relevant platforms Create and manage personalized outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, and nurturing sequences) Generate qualified leads and convert them into meetings, interviews, and closed deals Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and decision-makers Manage end-to-end C2C lead generation process Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking in CRM or internal systems Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends Requirements 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition Strong experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach Proven background in C2C lead generation Experience targeting the US market Ability to independently handle prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and closing Strong written and verbal communication skills Results-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and revenue impact Comfortable working as an individual contributor Preferred Skills Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead sourcing tools Familiarity with US job platforms and hiring processes Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing business models CRM usage experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Recurring commissions on successful client conversions Healthy work-life balance Learning-focused and growth-oriented environment Exposure to US market practices and advanced outreach tools Clear career progression opportunities Drop-off Transportation service available (Only for females)
