About the position
A friendly and well-organised secondary school in Lutterworth is seeking a committed Spanish ECT to join its Modern Foreign Languages department from January 2026 . The Role You will teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4 , focusing on communication, cultural understanding and exam preparation. The department follows a clear curriculum model with strong emphasis on retrieval practice, speaking confidence and structured writing.
