Performance Marketing Specialist

About the position

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support a performance-driven digital marketing project focused on scalable growth and measurable business results. The role is suited for a specialist who can take ownership of paid media activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in the project. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on data, performance metrics, and continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit Ads, and YouTube Monitor daily campaign performance, identifying trends and optimization opportunities Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROAS while meeting CPA targets Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency Build and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio or Google Sheets Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders Analyze campaign performance against key KPIs, including CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and CAC Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of leads generated through paid campaigns Align paid media performance with sales and revenue objectives in collaboration with relevant teams Support LinkedIn paid activities by boosting posts, managing campaign timelines, and optimizing post performance Coordinate with content teams to ensure paid campaigns align with content strategy Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media Active Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Shopping) Active LinkedIn Ads certification Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and similar advertising platforms Solid understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative optimization Proven ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven optimization decisions Nice to Have: Certifications in Microsoft Ads, Meta Blueprint, or YouTube Ads Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking Familiarity with CRM systems and lead pipeline reporting Familiarity with marketing automation platforms Experience managing large advertising budgets ($50K+ monthly spend) Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, CRO principles, and attribution models Background in e-commerce or B2B lead generation What We Offer: Remote work model Participation in a performance-focused digital marketing project Responsibility and ownership over paid media execution and optimization Collaboration with experienced stakeholders across marketing, content, and sales Access to professional performance marketing tools and advertising platforms Environment focused on data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization If you are a Performance Marketing Specialist interested in working remotely on a data-driven marketing project and taking ownership of campaign performance, we encourage you to apply.
