Account Manager (IT/Big4Bank/Hanoi)

About the position

Account Manager (IT / Big4 Banks / Hanoi) Location: Cau Giay District, Hanoi Target Sectors: State-owned Banks (Big4), Enterprises, Government Ministries & Agencies Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and build relationships with new clients; develop business opportunities for IT products and solutions serving state-owned banks (Big4), enterprises, and government ministries/agencies . Prepare quotations and bidding documents; coordinate with technical and functional teams to complete project proposal and tender documentation . Manage, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients; regularly update and monitor comprehensive customer information. Take responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets in accordance with the approved business plan. Coordinate closely and follow up with relevant internal teams throughout contract implementation and execution to ensure project progress and service quality commitments to clients. Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in project-based sales of IT products/solutions for Big4 state-owned banks . Candidates with experience in Sales and/or Pre-sales roles are preferred. Good command of English . Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, negotiation, sales, and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet job requirements in a fast-paced, business-driven environment. Compensation & Benefits Monthly income: Base salary + KPI bonus ( 20% of monthly salary ) + sales commission; total compensation package of up to 27 months salary per year . Periodic performance rewards ranging from VND 5–20 million , depending on achievements and award structure (monthly/quarterly/program-based/special performance). Bonuses for Holidays, Lunar New Year, Birthdays, and Personal Milestones , totaling up to VND 26,000,000 per person per year , plus 13th-month salary . Annual periodic health check-up package valued up to VND 2,500,000 per person . Free breakfast and lunch provided at the office. Training & development fund of up to USD 3,000 per person per year , including support for international certification exams.
