Architect (Not Draftsman) Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 10+ years Industry: Construction / Architecture Job Summary: Our client is seeking an highly experienced senior professionals to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in architecture and interior design, with expertise in managing projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities: - Interior Design Engineer: - Develop and implement interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility - Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and schedules - Technical Manager (Architectural Background): - Oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and quality standards - Manage teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders - Architect (Not Draftsman): - Develop and lead design concepts for projects - Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent - Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field - 10+ years of experience in architecture and interior design - Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects - Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills - UAE-based candidates only
