Your Mission as an Equipment Operations Supervisor As the Equipment Operations Supervisor, your mission is to ensure the seamless performance, safety, and longevity of mechanical equipment used in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. You will play a pivotal role in leading maintenance operations, managing technical teams, and upholding operational standards to support uninterrupted project progress. You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as an Equipment Operations Supervisor Supervise and lead a team of mechanics and technicians in day-to-day equipment maintenance and repair operations. Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance activities. Inspect and monitor mechanical systems and equipment to ensure they meet performance and quality standards. Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and operational guidelines. Coordinate procurement of tools, spare parts, and replacement equipment when necessary. Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment performance reports. Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as an Equipment Operations Supervisor Minimum age: 30 years. Education: Intermediate qualification along with a 3-year DAE in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical equipment operations and maintenance. Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and diagnostic techniques. Proven leadership and team coordination abilities. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory standards in equipment operations. Basic conversational English skills are required for daily communication and reporting. Additional Information Job Type: Full-time, on-site across various Roads & Bridges projects. Location: Libya.
