About the position

Job brief Job Summary: We are seeking a Test Lead to streamline all activities from the planning to implementation of test plans and products. Responsibilities Determine the need for creating and managing the different test plans (Master Plan &/or Detailed Test Plan). Preparing test plan (s) and obtaining the requisite approvals Designing, constructing and documenting traceability matrices Performing an assessment of risks related to testing for the project and developing a test strategy and plan to mitigate the risks Tracking test progress including variances and providing regular status reports to the Test Manager or Project Manager Escalating testing related issues as required to the Test Manager, Business and Project Management Preparing and delivering the Test Completion report to the Business and Project Management upon completion of testing for review and approval. Managing the test team through the completion of their activities. Requirements Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering and/or ICT. Able to effectively and quickly adapt new technology Good communication skills
