About the position

Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists Athens, Greece with relocation! Were seeking Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist customers, solve problems, and create lasting positive experiences. Youll be working on-site with a supportive, international team , helping users via phone, email, or chat all while living and working in one of Europe's sunniest and most historic destinations! What Youll Be Doing: Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clarity Handling requests via phone, email, and chat in Danish Troubleshooting technical or account-related issues Escalating complex cases when necessary Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups Maintaining accurate records in internal systems Salary & Benefits: Monthly Salary: Between 1,400 1,600 (depending on the project & your profile) Performance Bonus: Additional monthly incentives On-Site Position: Based in Greece enjoy Mediterranean life while building your career!
