ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · The Production Associate operates various machines and performs tasks related to the production of airbags, inflators, or component parts. · Performs repetitive work requiring continuous alertness and attention to detail. Associates ensure that a high-quality product is produced. · Makes suggestions to improve performance, quality, and/or costs in work area by applying Autoliv Production System (APS) principles. · Monitors machines and verifies that parts meet specifications by using hand gauge measurements and/or visual inspection. · Promotes quality and safety rules while maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition. · Trains and/or instructs others as required. · Maintains reliable attendance and a full-time work status. · Adheres to safety standards. · Relieves other employees for breaks, as needed. · Must be able to stand for 8 hours, and lift 25-50 lbs. · Other duties as assigned. · Shift Hours: 9:45 pm - 6:00 am · Grave Shift (M-F with mandatory overtime) or Grave Shift Rotating (7 days on, 2-4 days off) available ESTIMATED START DATE: January 2026 Autoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
