Coach Opportunity – BFT Hackney Location: Hackney, London Join a Coaching-Driven Team BFT Hackney isn’t your average fitness studio. We’re building a high-performance coaching team that values expertise over hype and outcomes over noise . Our training is rooted in science-backed Strength & Conditioning , with a clear focus on progressive overload, quality movement, and purposeful coaching. Our coaches don’t just count reps — they coach . That means correcting form, delivering precise cues, and helping every member perform at their best, from first-timers to experienced athletes. Who We’re Looking For We’re searching for a coach who takes pride in technical excellence and thrives in a strong community environment: Qualified: Level 3 PT (minimum), with valid First Aid & insurance Experienced: 2+ years coaching on the gym floor or in group training Technically Sharp: Excellent movement assessment and coaching precision Authentic: You value results and quality over excessive “energy” Approachable: Confident, personable, and a positive influence within an inclusive community Lifestyle-Driven: You live the standards you coach Local: Ideally based in or around Hackney (not commuting across London) Availability We’re looking for someone who can commit to a consistent schedule, including: Weekdays (evenings required) Weekends (rotational with the team) Friday evenings & Saturday mornings (rotational) Minimum requirement: At least 1 morning and 1 evening session per week , plus team meetings and ongoing professional development.
