Program Officer - Foundation (School Setting)

About the position

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full Onsite: 7:20 AM - 4:20 PM) Location: Alabang Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full lifecycle of the scholarship program, including application review, document validation, and compliance monitoring. Identify and recruit eligible scholarship candidates while facilitating communication among students, parents, and partner organizations. Conduct site visits, evaluate program outcomes, and prepare progress reports on implementation. Assist with budget planning, financial monitoring, and reporting of foundation-related expenditures. Contribute to the foundations marketing, outreach, and fundraising efforts to enhance program visibility and engagement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated skills in administration and project management, with the ability to work independently. Experience in education programs, nonprofit, or foundation work is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial processes is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to education and community development.
