About Us Weissr is building the next-generation Capex platform, fundamentally changing how capital-intensive enterprises plan, prioritize and allocate their investments. Our approach is not theoretical – it is proven in practice and described in the book Redesigning Capex Strategy, written by our founders and based on more than two decades of hands-on experience. Today, Weissr is used by large enterprise customers across Europe and North America, with users in more than 70 countries. Our customers include global leaders in capital-intensive industries such as energy, chemicals and manufacturing, and we operate in a market where many organizations still rely on Excel or rigid ERP solutions. Backed by Monterro, we are entering our most ambitious growth phase to date, with a clear objective to scale recurring revenue 5x. This requires focus, pace – and a scalable go-to-market engine. The Role This is a newly created Global Account Executive role where you’ll take full ownership of winning new enterprise customers. With no predefined playbook in place, you’ll play a central role in shaping how Weissr approaches large, capital-intensive organizations — working closely with our CSO, Erik, to execute and evolve our go-to-market strategy. Your focus is execution. You will build and own your enterprise pipeline, run complex sales processes end-to-end and close high-impact deals with industrial organizations operating in complex Capex environments. The role involves engaging senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders, navigating longer buying processes and building strong, value-based business cases. Background We’re looking for an Account Executive who thrives on creating new opportunities and takes full ownership of enterprise deals and revenue from first contact to close. You likely have: Several years of experience as an Account Executive (or similar role) within B2B SaaS, selling to large or enterprise organizations A proven track record of owning and closing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders and long decision processes. A self-driven, hands-on sales mindset, comfortable building and refining sales processes while actively developing new enterprise accounts Strong discipline in CRM usage, with HubSpot as a natural part of your daily sales execution and single source of truth Fluency in English, written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus Experience from capex-heavy industries is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to sell value, drive deals forward and consistently close. The role is expected to be based primarily at the Gothenburg office to enable close collaboration and knowledge sharing.
