JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Registered Nurse Manager - Med/Surg RN MGR - MED/SURG Full-Time Registered Nurse Manager candidates will have the following job responsibilities: Coordinates nursing services and accepts organizational accountability for services provided 24/7. The CNM Provides leadership and supervision of personnel including fostering a climate conducive to learning and development. Assumes responsibility for staffing and scheduling with appropriate utilization of personnel. JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Registered Nurse Manager - Med/Surg RN MGR - MED/SURG Full-Time Registered Nurse Manager candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications: Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YRS OF CHARGE NURSE/CNC/NURSE MGR EXP. IN AN ACUTE CARE SETTING
