Production Supervisor – Manufacturing (Weekend 2nd Shift) Location: Ripon, WI Shift: Weekend 2nd Shift | Friday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (additional days as needed) Shift Differential: $500/month ($6,000/year) Job Overview We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment . This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, people development, production performance, and continuous improvement , with a strong emphasis on servant leadership . You will oversee stamping press operations , ensure production targets are met, and create a safe, engaged, and results-driven workplace. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day production and staffing to meet safety, quality, and output goals Champion a safety-first culture , conduct audits, and lead incident investigations Supervise high-volume stamping press operations and optimize manpower and machine utilization Coach, train, and develop employees, including cross-training and performance management Partner with Union Stewards on attendance, discipline, and employee relations Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives Monitor KPIs, downtime, scrap, and quality; implement corrective actions quickly Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment Prior manufacturing supervision experience (stamping press preferred) Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement Proven servant leadership and team development skills Bachelor's Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations (preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Why Join Us?
