Role Overview As Regional Manager , you will lead the Hanoi office, driving market growth and building strong relationships with major apparel brands. You will manage a dynamic team, set strategic sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across the region. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities in the region Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Build and manage a high-performing sales team Foster relationships with major apparel brands and garment factories Oversee pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service delivery Collaborate on product development and brand customization projects Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong client relationships Requirements Education: Bachelors degree or higher Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales within the garment accessories industry Proven success managing accounts with annual purchasing volumes of at least RMB 1 million Experience leading a team of 3 or more people Skills: Strong market development and negotiation skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) Why Apply?
