The Company Our client is a Singapore-based consulting firm operating across Asia-Pacific, supporting leading banks on large-scale transformation and system implementation programs. The firm is involved in complex regional initiatives, combining strong delivery governance with deep banking and systems expertise. The Role We are looking for a Senior Programme / Project Manager to support the framing and delivery of a Loan IQ deployment for a banking client in APAC. The role requires strong experience in managing end-to-end system implementation programs, from initial project structuring through execution, working closely with senior stakeholders across business, operations, and IT. This is a senior role requiring autonomy, leadership, and the ability to operate in complex, multi-country environments. The Requirements 7–15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years as Project / Programme Manager Proven experience in Loan IQ system deployment within a banking environment Strong capability in project framing, governance setup, and delivery planning Experience managing regional or APAC programs Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and drive delivery in complex environments Banking domain knowledge, particularly in loans / lending platforms, is essential Budget Up to SGD 15,000 – 18,000 per month, depending on profile and experience The Contact To apply or receive more information, please contact: thomas.Hardy@unity-partners.com
