About the position

An Independent Mixed school in Camden is seeking a thoughtful and well-informed RE Teacher for a permanent, full-time position commencing in September. The successful RE Teacher will guide students in Key Stages 3 and 4 to explore diverse religious and ethical perspectives. Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging RE Teacher lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. Prepare students effectively for GCSE Religious Studies examinations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of different faiths. Foster a classroom atmosphere that encourages respectful dialogue and critical thinking about religious and ethical issues. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Religious Education or Theology. Proven experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary level (Key Stages 3 & 4). A strong academic background in religious studies and a passion for the subject.
