With us, you'll have a work schedule that is guaranteed two months in advance. What We Offer: Consistent, Guaranteed Work: We book your schedule 5-6 weeks in advance on a weekly basis, ensuring stable, year-round freight and income. Guaranteed Weekly Pay: You're guaranteed a minimum pay flat rate of approximately $3900-$4500 per week.(rate varies by terminal). Guaranteed Fuel Surcharge: Receive an additional $1,000+ per week (calculated at national fuel surcharge average approximately $0.40 per mile). Guaranteed Toll Reimbursement Total Weekly Gross: Average $5,000-$6000 per week Predictable Home Time: Enjoy a 10-hour break at home every other day and a full 34-hour weekly reset at home. Guaranteed Miles: Run approximately 2,400 miles every week. Efficient Operations: Dedicated Night Shifts: Run primarily at night to take advantage of less traffic, fewer inspections, and higher earning potential. Paid Standby: If a load isn't ready, Amazon pays for bobtail miles to your next stop, so you're never waiting without pay. 100% Drop & Hook: No-touch freight means you spend more time driving and earning. Light Loads: Loads are always under 25,000 lbs, saving you money on fuel, maintenance, and scale expenses, while reducing downtime. Your Weekly Schedule (Example): Our schedule is designed for maximum earnings and consistent home time. You will work 6 days a week, with each day consisting of 12-14 hours on duty. Monday & Tuesday: Complete your first-round trip (up to 500 miles from your home terminal, with a 10-hour break out-of-state, then return for a 10-hour break at home). Wednesday & Thursday: Complete your second-round trip with the same structure. Friday: Begin your 34-hour weekly reset at home. Saturday & Sunday: Complete your third and final round trip of the week. Deductions & Costs: Weekly Deductions: Insurance: $375 First 60 days: 8.5% introductory lower percentage After 60 days: 10.5 % company fee License Plate Period: Now – April 1, 2026: FREE License Plate for April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027: $250 per week until $2950 Escrow: $125/week (total $1,250, fully refundable 45 days after contract ends) Tolls/Fuel/IFTA: Based on use One-Time Startup Costs: ELD Device: $150 (deducted in 3 payments) Drug Test: $75 Requirements: Must own a Sleeper truck – 2017 or newer.
