As a Windows Engineer, you will administer and support an existing Windows-based environment while also helping to plan, design, and deploy new systems required to meet evolving business needs. Administer the APAC Active Directory infrastructure, including integration with Entra ID (Azure AD) Manage On-Prem AD and Entra ID , including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and RBAC Support and maintain Windows desktop and server deployments across APAC Administer and support a hybrid Exchange Online / on-prem Exchange environment Maintain an SCCM infrastructure for deployments and patching Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in APAC, and support US/EMEA teams during APAC hours as needed Resolve issues related to Windows endpoints, Intune enrollment, and Microsoft cloud services Implement and enforce security best practices across Windows, Entra ID, and Exchange Online Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and configuration (on-prem + M365) Requirement: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar Windows Engineering role Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Solid understanding of Windows OS internals, Group Policy, and endpoint security Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory / Entra ID / Azure AD , including identity lifecycle and access management Proven experience administering and troubleshooting Exchange Online Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune in a production environment Demonstrated ability to deliver complex technical projects end-to-end Strong automation skills using PowerShell (or similar scripting tools) Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders A creative problem-solving mindset with a track record of solving challenging issues Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft 365 Defender , Autopilot , and Microsoft compliance solutions
