Korzen Health is collaborating with one of the largest private primary care groups based in the Rocky Mount, NC Area. This well-established Primary Care group is currently seeking to add a Nurse Manager to their team. Our specialists deliver comprehensive primary care services, addressing the full spectrum of patient needs. Some of the highlights include: Full-Time Position with daytime hours Monday- Friday. No nights and no call. Practice is open 8am-5pm. Team of 4 Physicians, with 4 Nurse practitioners + full nursing team Provide guidance, instruction, coaching, and training to ensure staff perform to their highest potential Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring smooth workflow and appropriate staff coverage. Support staff development by identifying training needs and mentoring team members in clinical competencies.. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and all applicable provincial/territorial and federal regulation Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly, developing process improvements, and implementing patient-centered solutions. Compensation: Full-Time W-2 position. Base salary Benefits, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays, CME Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting. At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role strongly preferred. Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred.
