Security Agent (Serbian)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Serbian speaking Security Agent for their offices in Belgrade Serbia. Position: Security Agent Location: Belgrade, Serbia Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct regular monitoring of designated areas, verify identities at entry points, enforce safety protocols Utilize surveillance systems to detect and prevent potential security risks Investigate security incidents, including breaches and complaints, and respond promptly to emergencies to ensure safety and effective evacuation procedures Oversee the operation of security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access controls, and report any technical issues for timely resolution Prepare detailed reports on incidents or suspicious activities, ensure compliance with security policies and regulations Implement measures to maintain a secure environment Collaborate with team members and management Engage in ongoing training, and stay informed on industry best practices in security Follow data protection regulations and confidentiality standards to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as fluency in Serbian High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a security-related position; relevant security certification or license is required Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts (12 hours work / 24 hours off, followed by 12 hours work / 48 hours off) Competence in operating and monitoring security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarms, access control) Strong understanding of risk assessment and incident response procedures Ability to manage and maintain accurate security records and documentation Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to identify security risks Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to stay calm and respond efficiently during high-pressure situations Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly within a security team.
