What You´ll Do As a Customer Service Agent , youll be the voice of our brand providing exceptional service, resolving queries, and ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless booking experience. Your day-to-day will include: Handling inbound calls and converting enquiries into confirmed sales Meeting performance goals in sales, quality, and customer care Providing accurate information and assistance across all services Collaborating with teammates and supporting other markets when needed Sharing customer feedback to help us improve our service experience Managing customer complaints professionally and efficiently What We´re Looking For We´re looking for a motivated, customer-oriented professional who loves communication and teamwork. Requirements: Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Strong communication and sales/customer service skills Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Team player with great interpersonal skills Able to type at least 25 words per minute What´s in It for You We believe great performance deserves great rewards!
