Construction Safety Coordinator

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on safety experience supporting active projects in Ashburn, VA. The Safety Coordinator supports daily safety execution on active construction projects. This role works closely with field teams to promote safe behaviors, ensure compliance, and assist with job site safety operations. What You'll Do Support implementation of job site safety programs and procedures Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and field observations Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions Participate in safety audits and compliance inspections Track and report safety observations, trends, and corrective actions Reinforce a behavior-based safety culture across field crews What Were Looking For OSHA 10 or higher required High school diploma required Prior experience supporting safety in construction or field environments preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Positive, professional presence on active job sites Ability to work onsite during day-shift hours Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly pay of $24/hr - $30/hr, based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and paid holidays On-the-job training and exposure to active project environments Opportunity to grow into expanded safety responsibilities over time Why Work With Us You'll be part of a team that values safety, accountability, and doing the right thing on every job site.
