Marketing Customer Support (B2B) – Spanish & English | Lisbon (On-site) Are you passionate about digital marketing and enjoy supporting businesses? Join an on-site B2B Marketing Customer Support team in Lisbon , where youll work directly with advertisers and help improve their experience with online advertising products. Position Details Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Start Date: 29 January 2026 Working Hours Initial phase: Monday – Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00 2 shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 10:00 – 19:00 Later stage (TBC): 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday – Sunday) 2 rotating days off Compensation Base salary: €920 gross / month (14 months) Complexity Bonus: €40 / month (11 months) Role Overview You will provide B2B support to advertisers , helping them resolve issues related to digital advertising products and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality and advertiser experience Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting via email and chat Resolve generic, technical, and product-related queries Collaborate closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams Drive customer satisfaction and service quality across the full case journey Meet service level agreements and productivity targets Partner with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issues Requirements Spanish: Fluent / native level English: Good working proficiency Interest in digital marketing and online advertising Strong problem-solving and communication skills Comfortable working on-site and in rotating shifts B2B or customer support experience is a plus Why Apply?
