Experience and Qualifications Proven experience providing technical support in a multi-user environment, specifically with network and server maintenance. Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), and LAN/WLAN troubleshooting . Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE highly desirable). Experience providing effective technical training and guidance to teaching staff.
