Purpose of the Role: As an Electrician at Universal Leaf Philippines, Inc., you will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment across factory buildings and facilities. Youll support project execution, troubleshooting, servicing, and compliance with safety standards, working closely with engineering and maintenance teams. Here's how you would make an impact: Ensure safe work practices and attend toolbox meetings Perform scheduled maintenance and shift duties Execute electrical projects: excavation, conduit installation, cable pulling, termination, testing Troubleshoot and repair electrical/control systems: low voltage, switchgears, MCCs, lighting Maintain factory systems: weighing scales, motors, drives, control devices Support mechanical, civil, and motorpool electrical needs Handle water pump, motor, and transformer servicing Install and maintain transfer, buying, and receiving line systems Monitor and service Temp-Hum sensors and gateway connections Here's what we're looking for: Electrical Technology course graduate Minimum 1 year of electrical experience, preferably with solar projects Knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code and industrial systems TESDA NCII certification (preferred) Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and safe work habits Team-oriented and cost-conscious We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and development A positive and supportive work environment Commitment to safety and ethical business practices If you're an electrician seeking a dynamic and fulfilling career, consider joining Universal Leaf Philippines, Inc.
