A vibrant Mixed Comprehensive School in Ealing is seeking a passionate History Teacher to inspire our students. We are looking for an educator who can bring the past to life and foster critical thinking skills. About Our Learning Community: Our school values historical understanding and encourages students to explore diverse perspectives. About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging History lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and A-Level. Develop and implement lesson plans covering a wide range of historical periods and themes. Facilitate student-led debates, presentations, and research projects. Assess student progress through essays, presentations, and examinations. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the history curriculum. Organise and lead extracurricular activities, such as history clubs and museum visits. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in History. Extensive experience teaching history at the secondary level. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
