About the position

About the Role We are looking for a Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a global customer experience team. In this role, you will support customers for well-known international brands in sectors such as technology, travel, e-commerce, gaming, or streaming services. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide high-quality assistance while delivering an excellent customer experience in Icelandic and English. Key Responsibilities Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Icelandic and English Understand customer needs and offer accurate information and solutions Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues using internal tools Record all customer interactions in the CRM system Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary Stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and policies Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in every interaction Requirements Fluent Icelandic (C1+) and good English (B2+) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure calmly Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory EU citizenship or valid right to work in the country What We Offer Competitive salary + monthly performance bonuses Relocation package (flight + temporary accommodation), if required Paid training with certified coaches Private health insurance (depending on the country) Growth opportunities within an international organization Multicultural and supportive work environment
