ASHP Electrician Local Works (Farnham & Surrey) £40,000 to £50,000 + Van, Fuel Card, Tools, Training We are working with a growing renewable energy contractor delivering Air Source Heat Pump installations across private residential and housing projects in Farnham, Surrey, and surrounding areas. This is a local role with no long-distance travel, offering stability, strong earning potential, and long-term progression within the renewables sector. This position suits an electrician who wants to specialise in ASHP projects and be part of the transition into low-carbon heating. The Role: Electrical installation work for Air Source Heat Pump systems Domestic properties and residential developments Wiring of heat pumps, controls, consumer units, and associated systems Testing, certification, and commissioning support Working closely with heating engineers and install teams Ensuring all work is compliant with current regulations and safety standards Maintaining high levels of workmanship and professionalism Whats on Offer: Salary between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience Company van Fuel card All tools provided Local work only across Farnham and Surrey Long-term, stable workload Strong investment in training and development Clear progression within renewables and low-carbon technologies Training & Development: Full training on ASHP systems provided if not already held Support with additional renewable qualifications Opportunity to become a specialist ASHP electrician Requirements: Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) 18th Edition Experience in domestic electrical installation Testing and inspection (preferred but not essential) Interest in renewable energy and heat pump technology Full UK driving licence Professional and customer-focused approach This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician looking to move into renewables, develop specialist skills, and work locally within a forward-thinking and expanding business.
