Social Care Worker – Opportunities Across Ireland Location: Nationwide, Ireland (Relocation Required) Contract Type: Permanent Full-time Kats Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated Social Care Workers to join well-established private healthcare providers across Ireland. This role involves supporting individuals with complex needs, fostering a protective environment, and facilitating recovery and independence. What We Offer Salary: €38,000 annually. Relocation Package: Flights reimbursed up to €300. Assistance with accomodation Professional Support: Full support for CORU registration . Comprehensive induction and ongoing professional training. Dedicated Relocation Coordinator to assist with arrival and settling into your new home. Strict Requirements & Experience To be considered for this role, you must strictly meet the following criteria: Minimum Experience: 3+ months of experience with disabilities, autism, or similar conditions is required. Nationality & Eligibility: EU / UK Passport Holders Only . Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Social Work. A Social Educator qualification is also accepted. Note: Candidates will initially be offered Direct Support Worker (DSW) roles with the corresponding salary while awaiting CORU registration to practice in Ireland . Driving License: A Full Manual Driving License is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Care & Support: Provide high-quality care to patients with various conditions, including intellectual disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries. Assessment & Planning: Collaborate on clinical assessments and behavior plans to support individual progress. Development: Facilitate educational and social activities to promote independence and wellbeing. Documentation: Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in line with regulatory standards.
