Role Overview: As a Media & Entertainment Customer Support , you will be the main point of contact for customers using digital entertainment services. You’ll manage a variety of inquiries related to access, usage, and subscriptions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customers enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.
