What You´ll Do: Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers Answer questions, solve problems, and deliver warm, professional support Guide users through products, services, and solutions Keep track of cases and follow up where needed Work collaboratively with a dynamic, multicultural team Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and overall experience What We´re Looking For: Fluent Dutch (C2) Good level of English for internal communication Excellent communication & people skills Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented A positive attitude and eagerness to help Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required!
