About the Role: We are seeking a passionate Maths ECT to join a thriving Ofsted ‘Good’ secondary school in Hertfordshire . The successful candidate will teach Maths across KS3–KS5 and will be fully supported throughout their induction year. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that promote conceptual understanding. • Track and assess student progress and provide targeted interventions where needed. • Work collaboratively within the Maths team to share ideas and best practice. • Contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school, such as Maths competitions or clubs.
