We invite you to apply and join our growing community as a Designated School Official (DSO) 📍 Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and timely SEVIS records for all F-1 students, including enrollment status, address updates, academic load changes, and program information. Implement SEVP policies and institutional procedures established by the PDSO, ensuring full compliance across all assigned responsibilities. Issue, update, and maintain Forms I-20, including initial attendance, extensions, transfers, reinstatements, and program changes. Monitor federal updates and SEVP guidance to ensure alignment with MIU’s processes and student communications. Attend and participate in on-site and virtual inspections conducted by SEVP, DEAC, CIE, and other government entities or accrediting agencies, whether scheduled or out of cycle. Conduct quarterly audits of F-1 student files to ensure completeness, consistency, and SEVIS compliance.
