Property Acquisition Manager – Fast-Growing Fitness Brand, Kuala Lumpur (Regional Expansion) Location: Ideally based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Full-time This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing fitness brands in Asia. With ambitious expansion plans across Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore, we are seeking an experienced Property Acquisition Manager to lead the identification and acquisition of prime locations for new gym sites across the region. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this high-impact role will be central to driving growth through smart, strategic site selection — ensuring every new location delivers both commercial success and community value. What You’ll Be Doing Researching key markets and identifying high-potential locations for new clubs Sourcing and assessing sites based on access, visibility, footfall, and local demographics Negotiating lease or freehold agreements with landlords, agents, and developers Preparing feasibility studies, business cases, and ROI projections for each proposed site Collaborating with development, operations, and finance teams to deliver expansion goals Ensuring all acquisitions meet brand standards, timelines, and financial performance targets About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in property acquisition, ideally within fitness, retail, leisure, or hospitality Proven success in sourcing and opening multiple sites across Malaysia, Thailand, or Singapore Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate deals and present sound business cases Confident working with landlords, developers, agents, and local authorities Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay or Thai would be an advantage What’s Included Salary: Competitive and reflective of experience Travel: Regional coverage across Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore Incentives: Long-term growth opportunity with a globally recognised and expanding fitness brand Culture: Fast-paced, collaborative, and ambitious environment focused on delivering exceptional experiences through world-class facilities If you’re a strategic dealmaker with a strong background in real estate acquisition and a passion for growing brands, we’d love to hear from you.
