Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Mid/Senior Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent Work Setup & Location: Occasionally Onsite (3-6x a month) - BGC, Taguig Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays; Day Shift Number of Headcounts: 5+ FTEs Available Budget: Negotiable (Open Budget) Industry: CPG/FMCG About the Role: We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Innovation Officer to drive end-to-end product and packaging innovation for a key Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. In this role, you will oversee projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery, operational excellence, and top-quality outcomes. Strong project management skills, proficiency with project management tools, and Mandarin language ability are essential for collaborating effectively with international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage product and packaging innovation projects from concept through launch, including feasibility assessments, R&D coordination, and approvals. Lead project kick-offs, provide progress updates, and conduct lessons-learned sessions with stakeholders. Track project milestones, monitor deliverables through project management software, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to maintain project timelines. Mentor project managers and coordinators by sharing best practices and promoting continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and influence the implementation of process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. 1+ years of project management experience, preferably in CPG or FMCG. Strong expertise in project management, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms. Proven track record of delivering innovation projects from concept to launch. Mandarin language proficiency (written, spoken, and reading) is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
