REGISTERED NURSE DIRECTOR - CASE MANAGEMENT

As the Registered Nurse Director of Case Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our case management department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and efficient care to our patients. You will lead a team of case managers and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of case managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship - Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients - Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the case management program - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department - Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines - Manage the department budget and resources effectively - Provide education and training to staff on case management best practices - Act as a liaison between the case management department and other departments within the organization - Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organization Qualifications: - Current and active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida - Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of case management principles and practices - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals - Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technology - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards - Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving department goals - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing healthcare environment - Strong organizational and time-management skills If you are a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for case management and leadership, we want to hear from you!
