About the position

Are you a natural team leader with experience in warehouse operations and a hands-on approach? We’re looking for a proactive and committed Team Leader to join a dynamic logistics team in the Katowice area . Your Responsibilities: Organize and supervise daily warehouse operations Coordinate and support team members to ensure smooth inbound/outbound activities Oversee processes in line with client expectations and service level agreements Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire protection standards (HSE) Conduct training for new employees and guide their onboarding process Manage working hours records and schedules of your team Oversee warehouse infrastructure and equipment Operate WMS and TMS systems to ensure accurate logistics processes Participate in employee evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives Your Profile: Previous experience in warehouse/logistics operations, ideally in a leadership or foreman role Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS/TMS) and MS Office tools Knowledge of workplace safety and basic labor law regulations Ability to lead a team under time pressure UDT forklift certification required Intermediate English (spoken and written) Willingness to work in shifts 🌟 What’s Offered: A stable position in a growing, international logistics environment Opportunity to grow professionally and gain valuable leadership experience A culture that values initiative, development, and teamwork Full training and onboarding Competitive compensation package If you're ready to take the next step in your logistics career and join a high-performing, supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
