About the position

An Outstanding mixed school in Haringey requires a dedicated Geography Teacher, starting ASAP for a temporary, full-time position. The ideal Geography Teacher will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. We require a passionate Geography Teacher ready to start immediately. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Geography Teacher lessons, tailored to the curriculum. Prepare students for upcoming assessments and examinations. Develop students' understanding of geographical concepts and global issues. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of the geography curriculum and resources. Organise and lead geography-related extracurricular activities. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Geography. Proven experience in teaching geography at secondary level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for geography.
