We are expanding our Global Business Services team in Porto and are looking for a German-speaking Order to Cash Specialist to manage our DACH region financial operations. This isnt just data entry—its about managing the financial heartbeat of our business partnerships. The Role: Strategic Financial Management You will be the bridge between our operations and our German-speaking corporate clients, ensuring the entire revenue cycle runs like clockwork: Revenue Stewardship: Manage the end-to-end O2C process, from accurate invoicing to final cash application. DACH Portfolio Management: Act as the primary financial contact for our German, Austrian, and Swiss partners, maintaining professional relationships while managing credit risks. Strategic Collections: Proactively manage accounts receivable, resolving complex billing disputes with a consultative approach. Analytical Oversight: Monitor financial KPIs and aging reports to optimize cash flow and minimize overdue accounts. System Integration: Utilize advanced ERP tools (SAP) to ensure all financial data reflects real-time business health. What Were Looking For: Language Excellence: Fluency in German (C1/C2) and professional English (C1). Financial Experience: A solid background in O2C, Credit Management, or Accounts Receivable. ERP Knowledge: Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software is a significant advantage. Communication Skills: The ability to negotiate effectively and resolve discrepancies with professional tact. EU Eligibility: You must hold EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence/work permit.
