The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service and handling guest requests with care and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence Coordinate with hotel departments to meet guest needs Maintain guest records and preferences for personalized service Promote hotel services, facilities, and local attractions Follow hotel policies and maintain confidentiality and professionalism Requirements: Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Well-presented, friendly, and customer-focused Ability to work in a fast-paced 5-star hotel environment
